Below you will find a list of our normal delivery times. In certain cases delivery times may be longer than what is stated here, in those rare events we will notify you through e-mail and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Little Jalo returns and exchanges policy
You have the right to exchange or return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The product has to be unused, with labels and packaging intact.
When you return or exchange products, you have to cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your product or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. You won't be reimbursed for our original shipping charges.
How to return or exchange our products
Contact us and state your order number, which product you wish to return and, if you'd like, the reason for the return (it helps us make our products even better). Then please wait until we contact you. If you do not contact us before sending back the product, you might not receive your refund or exchange. Return address:

Our policy regarding complaints
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or mispackaged products, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. Either by offering you a new product or a refund depending on your wish.
About the site
We photograph all our products with the intention of getting a picture as representative to the original as possible. Our products are handmade so that there might be slight changes in each example and since computer screens and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the products you see on the screen will look exactly the same in real life. However, the difference is usually hardly noticeable.
In order to be able to deliver you your products, you need to submit some personal data. We promise not to send this data to a third party â€“ we do, however, need to give your address to our distributor so that they can deliver the products.
If Little Jalo fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual or adverse circumstances outside of its control, such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Little Jalo cannot be held responsible.
